Bhí ríméad orainn aitheantas ar leith a fháil as an sárobair ar Creative Clusters i bpreasráiteas an Aire Oideachais an tseachtain seo. We were delighted to be highlighted by the Minister for Education as a result of our hard work on the Creative Clusters pilot initiative. Coláiste Pobail Osraí was named in the Department of Education and Skills press release as one of the exemplars for collaborative practice between schools.
In a project that is ongoing, we have been working alongside Gaelscoil Osraí, Gaelcholáiste Cheatharlach and Gaelscoil Eoghain Uí Thuairisc, in conjunction with the well-known poet and writer Áine Ní Ghlinn and Oscar nominated animation studio Cartoon Saloon, to develop an illustrated body of work trí Ghaeilge, that will promote and celebrate the use of Ireland’s native language.
I dtionscnamh atá fós idir chamáin againn, d’oibríomar i gcomhar le trí scoil eile i gCeatharlach agus i gCill Chainnigh, chomh maith leis an bhfile agus scríbhneoir clúiteach Áine Ní Ghlinn, agus leis an stiúidió áitiúil Cartoon Saloon.
This opportunity to collaborate with all our partners in this creative project has been very rewarding, and the school is looking forward to bringing you more information and to sharing the results of this wonderful initiative with you all soon.
Tá taitneamh agus tairbhe bainte againn as a bheith ag obair lenár gcomhghleacaithe ar an tionscadal seo, agus táimid ag tnúth go mór le bheith in ann a thuilleadh eolais agus an saothar iontach seo a roinnt libh go luath!
