Bhí an fhoireann camógaíochta i nDún Mór chun ceardlann a dhéanamh le Nathan Culleton (Games Development Officer, Cill Chainnigh) agus Seán Kelly. Bhain na cailíní an-sult agus tairbhe as an lá agus bhí seans chun a gcuid scileanna a fheabhsú. Táimid ag tnúth go mór leis an gcéad seisiún eile tar éis na Nollag. Our camogie team had a training session in Dunmore with Nathan Culleton and Seán Kelly. The girls had a great day learning about the importance of injury prevention and using strength and conditioning to improve their performance on the pitch. The girls then had a pitch session where they showed off their skills and had a chance to work together to improve. We are looking forward to the next few sessions after Christmas. A big thanks to Nathan and Seán for taking the session
