Táimid ag tnúth go mór le Bliain 6 a fheiceáil amárach. Looking forward to seeing all our 6th Years tomorrow, but we must stress that this is not quite “getting back to normal”.
Here are the steps students and parents must take to prepare / Agus daltaí agus tuismitheoirí ag ullmhú don fhilleadh:
A. All students must have a COVID-19 declaration form filled out prior to returning. Parents will find the link in their VSware mail. Students over 18 will find the link on Teams.
B. We urge all students and parents to review the school’s guidelines, found in the same message, and to stress again that students returning to school is not an indication to relax on our safety measures.
C. We would also encourage you to read the letter to parents from the Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Ronan Glynn (anseo/here). Some other useful links include the support for parents and students pages on Gov.ie, including this collection of advice sheets (English) (Gaeilge), as well as our own Filleadh ar scoil / Return to school page.
Agus an méid seo déanta, táimid ag súil le filleadh sábháilte ar scoil a chur i gcrích dár ndaltaí, dár bhfoireann, agus do na teaghlaigh ar fad i bpobal na scoile. Tá sé rí-thábhachtach go mbeimid ar fad aireach agus cúramach go fóill!
We hope that these measures will bring about a safe return to school for the 6th Years, and for other the year groups in time; one that will keep our students, staff, and the families in our school community safe. It is imperative that we all remain vigilant and careful!
Beirigí bua agus beannacht!
