Ceardlann Idirbhliana / The Body Image Basic
Táimid ag tnúth go mór le Steven Lafford ó The Body Image Basic le bheith ar ais linn an Déardaoin seo le dream eile on Idirbhliain. Fuair an chéad dream a dteastais roimh Nollaig agus bhain siad an-spraoi as na ceardlanna bunaithe ar mheon agus forbairt íomhá choirp.
We are really looking forward to welcoming Steven Lafford from The Body Image Basic back to our school this Thursday to work with another group of TY students. Our previous group received their certificates before Christmas and really enjoyed the sessions with Steven. They learned about having a positive attitude to our body image and how to maintain that positivity. @stevenlafford_coaching
