Bua den scoth ag Tommy i Sasana le gairid! Tommy won the Home Counties Box Cup. This event took place in London with almost 500 boxers competing, and it hosted some of the best amateur boxers from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. Comórtas iomráiteach le thart ar chúig chéad iomaitheoirí agus bhí scoth na ndornálaithe as Éire, an Albain, an Bhreatain Bheag agus Sasana san iomaíocht.
TY student Tommy beat his Welsh opponent in the final to secure the prestigious gold medal belt. Bhí an lámh in uachtar ag dalta Idirbhliana Tommy ag deireadh an chomórtais agus rug sé an bonn óir leis! Éacht déanta aige!! Táimid fíor-bhródúil 🥳
